Next call on November 5th?

Hey folks,

Before TPAC we talked about having our next call on November 5th, but
following the F2F, I'm not sure there would be a lot to discuss on either
the triage or design fronts.

Are there folks on the list with specific issues or designs you'd like to
discuss on the call next week? Or should we postpone the call by ~2 weeks
till we made some progress and have pending PRs or design evolutions to
talk about?

Since I didn't hear anyone with issues that require discussions, we'll
defer the next call by a couple of weeks. I'll set it for November 20th,
but if you're an active participant in the calls and that date doesn't
work for you, please let me know.

November 20th is in the week of thanksgiving. Perhaps we may want to consider scheduling it a week before or after although I'm available.

Good point. Let's bump it to November 27th (the week before is Chrome Dev
Summit week, so multiple folks won't be available).
